Sales commissions include photos and video services as well as ad writing and advertising of the horse. The Seller will show the horse to potential buyers unless the horse is in full training.

+ SELLING YOUR HORSE?

Sales commissions start at a rate of 10% on the final sale price of the horse, horses valued at under $2,500 may be subject to an extra fee.

The 10% fee includes video, photos and advertising of the horse. Horses who are not in full or half training must be shown to buyers by their owners, or are subject to an extra fee.

Shelby also offers services finding horses for people interesting in purchasing their next horse. She has many connections to assist buyers in finding anything from an ex-racehorse retiring from the track to their next well-started competition superstar. Let Shelby help you find your next horse and get opportunities to see horses before they are even listed, limiting your competition with other buyers!

Finders fee is 10% on the final purchase value of the horse.

In order to give your horse the best chance in finding their new home, attractive photos and appealing videos are highly beneficial in catching the eyes of potential buyers and piquing their interest in your horse. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

If you’re looking to do your own advertising but don’t want to do the photo and video part, we can help you!

A sales photo session includes conformation shots, headshots (can do black background if customer is interested and has an area that would work to shoot these in, riding and/or free lunging photos).

Photos will turn out best in brightly lit areas, very dim indoors tend to produce more grainy photos so it is highly recommended to have a well lit arena or good, outdoor lighting. The pricing for photo and video sessions starts at $250.
